I joined Venn Group in 2017 and have never looked back. What stood out to me initially was the culture, the teams and the feeling of camaraderie. I have had more support in my career than I could ever have imagined. I chose Venn for a number of reason but predominantly for the training and development which they so clearly are market leaders in. The team aspect was also very important to me and I have to say they have not disappointed me. It is reassuring to have a great team I can rely on when I need them or when I have a challenging decision to make (and even when I don’t). I work in the Private Sector Legal team and as someone who went to university to study Law I wanted to work in something which was close to the subject I had spent the last three years stressing about. I enjoy the relationships I have made with my clients and candidates and the job itself can often be very rewarding. Outside of work I like spending time with my family (within reason), my new puppy, going to wine tasting events or just any food related events!
