I am currently Partner at GSO Company, Human Capital & More, where I lead HR programs in the field of Recruiting, Change, Learning & Development, Assessment, Performance Management, Engagement, HR-tech. After my degree in Business Administration I started in consulting in 1994 at ACCENTURE/Change and then entered the HR/T&D professional area, managing HR programs in different industries (durable goods - PIRELLI, 1996; energy - EDISON 1999; consumer goods - COCA-COLA HBC, 2002). I completed my HR mastery by covering managerial positions as HR Business Partner at COCA-COLA HBC where at last, 2009-2015, I held the role of Organisation Development Mgr, with focus on Engagement and Culture Change programs management.
