Based in Chicago, Hillary is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Consumer Markets and Enterprises practice. Her focus is on senior-level assignments for consumer product clients and senior marketing roles across multiple sectors. She has more than 20 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining RSR Partners, she spent 11 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was most recently research director for the consumer sector. Before that, she spent three years at Spencer Stuart, where she began her executive search career. She has recently helped clients fill roles including CEO, division president/general manager, CMO, vice president of marketing, vice president of sales, and executive Advisor. Before she started in search, Hillary was a licensed talent agent, representing commercial and voice-over actors in the Chicago market.
