Vicky is a Registered Nurse, holding a Masters in nursing, and has worked for some of Melbourne's leading healthcare providers. She started her career as a trauma and plastics nurse, before moving onto oncology, and most recently a stint in emergency. With her background in nursing and hospital work, she brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her role as a healthcare recruiter, as she knows first-hand exactly what it takes to work through a busy night shift in an A&E ward. In 2022, Vicky decided to make a career change to recruitment. She specialises in placing nurses into some of Melbourne's leading hospitals and healthcare practices.
