Mr. Bueno recently helped a global company in the financial sector who needed to evolve their talent to face off the digital transformation. The aim of the project was to develop a new human resource model within the priority markets in order to attract, develop, and retain the right talent through a new organizational model based on roles and families.

Mr. Bueno has developed a partnership with one of the top level oil and gas companies, and has led several projects including assessments for more than 150 top executive positions, a new performance management system for the whole company, and a development program for the board of directors.

Mr. Bueno is specialized in transformation projects and organizational change programs, mainly in the financial and oil and gas industries. He leads and works in advisory roles within different consulting projects in several industrial sectors including fast moving consumer goods, financial services, life sciences, and oil and gas.

Mr. Bueno has a bachelor's degree in business administration (CUNEF), a master's of business administration (honors) from Instituto de Empresa (ranked 2 of the class), and he is also certified as an executive coach by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Mr. Bueno is fluent in Spanish and English.
