Andrew has a strong track record of placing C-suite and executives in Finance, Technology and Digital within Listed, Private Equity and SME environments – across Australia & New Zealand. In addition to this, he manages the Transformation & Change and Technology & Digital teams at Allura Partners. Prior to working in recruitment, Andrew founded and co-founded two businesses and also worked in senior operations roles within multi-site and software businesses in the UK. He has managed large teams across dispersed networks and has also executed successful growth strategies and driven sales in these organisations. Andrew has been in recruitment since 2010 and has experience of recruiting in both the UK and Australia. Before joining Allura Partners in 2017, Andrew worked for a global recruitment firm working across their finance, projects and transformation teams. He holds a BA Hons Criminology 2:1 from the University of Lincoln.
