Neal Maslan has more than 40 years of healthcare management, consulting and executive search experience, serving both the profit and nonprofit sectors. His assignments focus on the board, CEO-level and direct-report levels in private equity/venture capital, buyout/turnaround and high-growth, publicly-held healthcare, technology, device, pharma, distribution, managed care and provider service companies. Experience Prior to joining Caldwell, Neal held leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Highland Partners, TMP Worldwide Executive Search, LAI Worldwide and Ward Howell International. He was previously senior vice president of American Medical International, directing the firm’s strategic and joint ventures and operations. Neal spent 10 years with Hyatt Corporation as executive vice president, directing the company’s hospital management contracts and consulting engagements. He was previously executive vice president of Cenco Hospital and Convalescent Homes Corporation. Education Neal earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Yale University.
