Biography
Specialized in engineers, sales, IT experts and management consultants.
I began my career in 2001 as a technical trainer at the telecommunications company Marconi Communications, continued as a sales trainer at Vodafone and have been self-employed since September 2003. I began my time as a freelancer as a trainer for communication and sales and have been working as a headhunter across industries since 2011. Whether it's a start-up or a global management consultancy - I'm a master of both compulsory and optional work.
Learning and developing my skills is a passion of mine. After training as a technical draftsman (mechanical engineering), I studied communication and technical documentation. After graduating, my first boss recognized that, as a qualified technical editor, I had the ability to convey technology that required explanation in such a simple way that sales experts could understand it and thus generate a lot more sales.
So that I can communicate with sales experts on an equal footing, I completed a second degree as a VDI sales engineer. The knowledge and application of NLP gives me the ability to convey content in such a way that the audience understands and retains the knowledge. Putting knowledge into action is wisdom. Later, I expanded my knowledge in the area of renewable energies and find it exciting how humanity is finally starting to move in harmony with nature and its resources and to learn from it. Innovation is not just the latest technology, it also includes insights that allow you to think in higher dimensions.
