Luiz is graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp (Brazil) in conjunction with Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz (France). He holds a specialization in Supply Chain Management and a Master in Economics, Law and Management. Prior to joining Page Group, Luiz worked as an engineer in the industry and energy sectors. Since 2014 at PageGroup, Luiz was initially responsible for the Engineering & Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Procurement divisions at Michael Page, then assuming responsibility for all Michael Page and Page Personnel Operations Division in the Campinas office. After a project in Europe, where Luiz developed Michael Page's offices based in France and Monaco, he returns to Brazil as an Associate Partner dedicated to Page Executive in São Paulo, responsible to recruit board members, presidents and directors for industrial and logistics, agribusiness, energy and infrastructure sectors.
