Develops and implements human resources strategies, policies, and procedures, documents HR progress/practices, conducts organizational assessments, administers benefits, recruits and trains staff, and facilitates strategic workforce solutions that optimize performance, resolve personnel issues, promote positive employee relations, protect organizations against legal actions, and drive high-performing and regulatory-compliant workplaces/cultures.
