I have over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, and I proudly deploy this experience, knowledge and expertise in my role where I specialise in recruiting legal support staff in small, medium and top-tier firms, as well as in-house. Prior to empire group, I gained experience recruiting both temporary and permanent support staff whilst working for highly regarded boutique and international consultancies. I also have an intimate and nuanced understanding of the legal industry, having myself (prior to joining recruitment) worked within the legal industry in roles for top-tier law firms and government legal departments. I am wholeheartedly dedicated to connecting great people by finding the right candidate for the right firm. I believe in the importance of uplifting and developing the careers of legal professionals, and am passionate about helping firms achieve their potential. When I’m not at empire group, you’ll find me winding down at home with my daughter and dogs, catching up with family and friends over a glass of wine.
