Shivani works with candidates across levels, spanning from pre-MBA to post-MBA, and is involved with candidate evaluation, search implementation and client management. She has experience working across sectors and with a variety of platforms, ranging from our largest private equity mega fund clients to credit and special situations firms and everything in between. Prior to joining HSP, Shivani was most recently Chief of Staff at Fur, a haircare startup. Previously, she worked at L.E.K. Consulting, where she was a generalist and worked closely with private equity clients across all sectors. She was also heavily involved in the firm’s D&I initiatives. Shivani began her career at PNC Institutional Asset Management, where she was in a rotational program across the bank.
