Claudia Cunningham joined Opus Advisors in 2013 to lead the Corporate Executive Search practice. She has over 20 years of recruiting experience placing C-level, board member and senior management positions cross-functionally. Recent completions include numerous CEO and CFO placements at client portfolio companies. Prior to joining Opus Advisors, Claudia founded Executive Advancement, Inc., a retained executive search firm and The Vantage Group, a research company providing name generation and market research for other executive search firms and corporate HR Departments. Her early experience included nine years with Korn/Ferry International as a Principal in their Industrial Practice. Claudia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Northeastern University. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters. She is an active member of Avon Junior Women’s Group and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society
