Erik obtained his Master degree in business law at the Leiden University and started his career at ABN AMRO Bank. Before joining Cargill, he followed the Senior Management Programme at INSEAD. He has many years’ experience in executive search for the agricultural commodities, food & feed and ingredients industry. Erik specializes in searches for senior management positions in all areas of trading, sales and marketing for global commodity trading and ingredients companies. Prior to joining True-Capital, Erik held several senior management positions within Cargill and NUON.
