With nearly a decade spent in Executive Search, Rebecca is well qualified to ensure the needs of our clients are being met through each and every step of the engagement. With a passion for process implementation and improvement, Rebecca works diligently to ensure our team is equipped with the right tools and resources to exceed expectations and deliver superior, consistent services to our valued clients. Prior to joining Stanton Chase in 2012, Rebecca worked as a Director of Operations for a start-up, niche placement firm, allowing her the opportunity to learn best-practices and develop best-in-class operations from the ground, up. She also worked through college as a sales consultant for the largest US bridal retailer, where she early learned the importance of “working the process,” and the impact this can have on customer experience. Rebecca received her Bachelors of Science in Small Business Management from the University of Alabama, where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta. She currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, and enjoys traveling wither husband and daughter, spending time with family, and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
