Christel began her career more than 25 years ago in recruitment at a global human resources solutions company in Lyon. She expanded her experience and expertise at a subsidiary specializing in executive and management recruitment consulting in Strasbourg and then in Dijon, where she was entrusted with developing the office. As a senior consultant, she supports companies in their strategic recruitment projects. She returned to the Lyon region to work for firms specializing in direct approach recruitment, first joining a recruitment consulting firm in 2019, then another firm in 2021 as a senior partner. Passionate about her work, she brings her experience and commitment to best meet the needs of her clients and support them in their HR challenges. She is a graduate of Lumière Lyon 2 University in Business Management. In 2024, she joined the Lyon office of Grant Alexander as a Senior Consultant.
