Alberto joined Frazer Jones as a Recruitment Associate as part of our Graduate programm to support the team in junior, mid to top level searches across the C&I industry. After first graduating in Business Management with specialization in Marketing in the Icesi University in 2018 (Colombia), he completed his Master’s degree in International Business with specialization in Strategic Management and Consulting in the International Business School (CBS) in Cologne, Germany. Alberto participated in exchange programs in Germany and Seoul and lived in various countries which enriched his understanding of how culture, language, environment, and values, to name a few, influence the way we connect with each other and do business. He loves to travel and to be very active with any sport in general, to explore new places or read novels.
