Biography
Max Eschweiler is an internationally experienced IT executive and expert in IT and software-based solutions. For over 25 years, he has been supporting IT organizations and service providers in optimally aligning processes, structures, and technologies with their business requirements. His particular focus is on the use of self-developed software applications and commercially available systems, from their development and selection through implementation to maintenance, operation, and support.
This makes business models more profitable, organizational structures more effective, processes more efficient, and risks lower, while increasing employee engagement and customer satisfaction. He has demonstrated this repeatedly as a managing director and executive in various line and project organizations of medium-sized companies and large international corporations.
As a graduate industrial engineer with degrees from RWTH Aachen University and the Fernuniversität Hagen, he is familiar with both technical and commercial topics and understands their often complex interrelationships and interdependencies. With his holistic perspective and analytical approach, he is the ideal candidate to optimize processes from start to finish and to bridge the gap between IT and its users, both professionally and communicatively.
He operates with a results-oriented approach and strategic vision, while also being pragmatic in his implementation, empathy, and a keen eye for what's feasible. Especially in multicultural environments, clients benefit from his international experience and extensive language skills, which regularly facilitate interaction and communication with foreign stakeholders.
