Kai Presser has been a partner at contagi PERSONAL GmbH in Frankfurt since April 2022. After studying business administration, he started his career in investment banking (with positions in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Frankfurt, among others at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhard, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Bloomberg, Lehman Brothers and Sal. Oppenheim). After more than 20 years as a senior investment banker, Kai specialized in the asset class "Commercial Properties" in the context of artificial intelligence (AI). In this context, as Chief Commercial Officer on the board of an international company from California / Israel, he was instrumental in establishing the first trading platform for commercial properties. As a consultant, Kai has accompanied various start-up companies from the PropTec / FinTec environment in the development of their activities and the establishment of adequate business models. Kai is an active athlete and has been a certified Personal Health & Fitness Coach since 2020. He is the father of three daughters and lives in Frankfurt and Berlin.
