Filip values honesty and dedication and together with effective communication sees them as key factors for achieving success in business. He also thinks that continuous learning is a must in the Executive Search industry - a good consultant should learn from all the clients, candidates, colleagues, other stakeholders and in this way he will be able to achieve a significant knowledge in multiple fields. He has worked in multiple international projects, being exposed to multicultural organizations.

Filip has a Bachelor degree in Management & Public Administration and a Master Degree in Strategic Marketing; both completed at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. He is currently following pre-MBA courses at the Open University.

He is fluent in English and has a fair understanding of French.
