Kyle Rasmussen joined Focus Search Partners in April 2019 as an Associate. Prior he was a Director with Kingsley Gate Partners. Kyle joined Kingsley Gate Partners in October 2016 as an Associate and completes executive searches across several industries. Prior to this role, he spent 3 years with another global search firm, DHR International as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter servicing both traditional healthcare & specialized physician clients. Kyle draws on his prior experience of working on mid-level to C-Suite positions to help clients & candidates come together. Kyle graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2013 and during his time there started his path in recruiter where he worked as a Student Recruiter with the admissions office and was in charge of outbound calling & leading on-campus visits for prospective students. Originally from Chicago, Kyle has recently relocated south and is now based out of the Dallas location.
