Christian works with clients across a range of industries including the Manufacturing, Metals & Mining, Forestry, Pulp & Paper, Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG and Retail. The assignments Christian conducts are most often related to searches for CEOs, Heads of Business Areas and Heads of Corporate Staff functions. Over the last decade Christian has also successfully completed numerous searches for CFOs in a variety of industries. Other examples of searches for Corporate Staff functions include Heads of Marketing, Heads of Communication and Heads of Business Development.

Christian joined Amrop in 2009. Previously, he was a Partner at a respected Swedish Executive Search boutique firm for five years and he was a Senior Consultant within a global recruitment and selection firm for six years. During those years, Christian focused on leadership and personality assessments. Altogether, Christian has assessed more than 2000 professionals.

Before going into the recruitment business, Christian worked for Ernst & Young for nine years. At Ernst & Young, Christian was a Certified Public Accountant focusing on Financial Institutions and Group Finance and Treasury functions.

Christian holds a BSc Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stockholm.
