Agnes Schaumann

Agnes Schaumann is the owner and managing partner of Schaumann & Partners, based in Vienna. Together with her husband, Michael Schaumann, she built up the executive search consultancy, where she has held power of attorney since 2015. Since September 2023, following the death of Michael Schaumann, she has successfully continued to lead the company.

Agnes Schaumann studied journalism and communication science at the University of Vienna, specializing in business administration, and psychology at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Complutense University of Madrid. She worked and lived in New York, Madrid, and London, and spent many years in advertising, fundraising, and sponsorship.

Not least because of her systemic coaching training, Agnes Schaumann is an empathetic sparring partner on equal footing.

She is a passionate business developer, maintains an exceptionally large network, and brings expertise and passion to the field of "Female Leadership" and executive assessments.

Social and civic engagement is a matter close to Agnes Schaumann's heart. She serves as an advisor to the Springboard association. The association's overarching goal is to support and promote young people from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, facilitating their entry into the workforce and their integration into society.
