Adriana has been involved in, and successfully concluded, searches for Senior Level positions of responsibility, including Managing Directors, Country and International management positions, as well as coordinated searches of executives across a wide range of functional areas both in Italy and Europe. Before joining the Group she worked as Consultant in Boyden International for 8 years and in Promelec for two years. Adriana has a distinguished mastermind of the market and its logic that represent her best drive when analysing a candidate. She has a significant range of professional qualifications that emphasized her professional hands-on approach: a degree in Political Science and a Master in Personnel organization and a long career in the Research and Selection area. She grew up in Belgium exposed to the multicultural environment of the European Institutions that forged her characteristic European mind set.
