Mrs. Grisak has 15+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, and account management. Rachel prides herself on fostering collaborative relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure the highest level of compatibility between the organization’s culture and the candidate’s work experience.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry team, Mrs. Grisak spent five years in retained executive search and business development for a healthcare recruiting firm in Columbus, Ohio. In her first recruiting role, Rachel was an Executive Recruiter at a boutique life sciences recruiting firm where she was a Chairman’s Club winner.

Mrs. Grisak earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from The Ohio State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also has a Minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
