Gea Hoek has been active as a Partner and board member within Hoek Consultants since 2009. She has an educational background and, from Hoek Consultants, has experience in guiding and coaching various organizations and family businesses. She also has broad experience in coaching professionals and (management) teams in various sectors. She is a specialist in the field of Assessments, Talent Management and the development of 360 degree customized feedback. In addition to the general daily organization of Hoek Consultants, she is also involved in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Intervision, Career Coaching, Outplacement and Assessment. She is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach (Postgraduate Diploma EMCC at Senior Practitioner Level). Gea has a special interest in developing Management Development programs. She has specialized in Transactional Analysis through the Personal Development & Professional Growth course (TA Academy, 2014-2017) in working with teams and individuals on personal and professional development and communication skills. After that, in 2018 she followed the High Performance Leadership Programs of IMD Business School (Lausanne) and Said Business school (Oxford). At the end of 2019 she completed the MSc Executive Coaching (AMEC) through Ashridge Executive Education (part of Hult International Business School). In 2021 she completed the Embodied Coaching and coaching of personal change processes. In addition, she will be trained as a supervisor (Ashridge Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Supervision) in 2022 and 2023. She is a member of the NVTA, IDTA and ITTA and has a BTA certification (Basic Competency Transactional Analysis) and a Certificate Level PIF CIC (IDTA). As a member of the Advisory Board, she is involved in the project on a voluntary basisplus class .
