Natalie is a University of Texas at Austin graduate who brings 7+ years of recruiting experience to Thomas Edwards Group. During her time at UT, she was a member of the honors fraternity Phi Sigma Pi and was heavily involved in community outreach. Upon graduating, she moved to Dallas and began her career in recruiting. Natalie joined TEG in 2020 as a Senior Search Consultant. Natalie lives in Old East Dallas with her husband and their rescue animals: three dogs and a Sphynx cat. She enjoys cooking, traveling, home renovation, and gardening. Natalie is also an active participant in historic preservation initiatives and serves as Social Director for her neighborhood.
