Felix Stilz has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. He began by building and managing a startup in the e-business/e-commerce sector before founding the predecessor company of Alto Consultants GmbH as managing partner around the turn of the millennium. He originally developed his deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges of shaping corporate change processes from an HR perspective at a DAX-listed telecommunications company. During his first 10 years of professional experience, he held various responsibilities in HR and corporate management before becoming self-employed. As a team member in numerous consulting projects, he was able to gain cross-sector experience in the field of executive selection and development, thus implementing the theoretical knowledge that the graduate psychologist acquired during his psychology and business studies. Felix Stilz's consulting focuses on the requirement-specific identification and recruitment of executives, the potential and competency assessment of managers and management teams, and consulting on the appointment of advisory and supervisory boards. His industry focus is primarily on functions in industries with a success-critical share of high-tech know-how and a special focus on the digital transformation of corporate structures and processes.
