Sandra Harling has been supporting specialists and executives on their way in the municipal energy industry for more than 25 years.

During her many years as the (founding) managing director of Innovation Congress GmbH, she designed practical specialist conferences and industry events for the energy industry and its service providers and developed a sure sense of trends and perspectives in the industry. She has accompanied many decision-makers in their professional development and still benefits today from her large personal network of experts. She has been using this expertise to fill management positions for almost three years. Here, too, her focus is on the municipal energy industry. Sandra Harling is a certified Master Sourcer (by intercessio), member of the women's network "women @ energy" and of "wom.en" (Women.Energy.Network). Sandra Harling enjoys meeting friends and family in her free time. She likes to go to rock and pop concerts with them as well as events in the Rhenish carnival. As a native of Münster, double-headed play is in her blood: One more reason to visit home regularly.
