Bill Clark is a partner in the Assurance Services division and is the Construction Industry Practice Group Leader in Marcum’s Nashville, Tennessee office. He has over 26 years of experience in public and private accounting for construction contractors. Clients rely on him to supervise audits, reviews and other engagements. He also consults with them regarding contract costing, fixed asset purchases and financing, taxation issues and strategy and continuity planning. He regularly assists clients in the implementation and evaluation of systems of internal control and with opportunities to improve bonding, licensing and prequalification capacities. He has presented construction industry seminars for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), various surety groups and the Alaska Society of CPAs. He has also been published in the Tennessee CPA Journal and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
