Pat Carlucci, Partner in the Washington, DC office, brings three decades of broad-based business experience and twenty years as a retained executive search consultant. After a successful twenty-year career at the General Foods Corporation (Kraft Foods), where he held a series of management and executive level positions, Pat spent five years as Managing Partner of a management consulting firm which specialized in providing added value via client-specific sales and marketing solutions. Prior to joining Allen Austin, Pat was Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a Connecticut based, 100-year-old family owned and operated food enterprise where his responsibilities included total company sales of $150M and strategic revenue management of its retail and foodservice business units. His strong management and consultative skills are combined with a strategic and practical approach. Pat’s extensive business knowledge and current industry network has enabled him to help his clients solve complex and unique business issues. His consulting practice is focused on the retail and consumer goods sectors. Over the years he has assisted clients in other industries such as construction, building supplies, and consumer durable products. Pat received his BSBA in Marketing from Manhattan College (University), Riverdale, New York, and earned his MBA in Marketing from the Hagan School of Business, Iona College (University), New Rochelle, New York. He and his family have resided on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. since 2017.
