Parker Fields is a Senior Consultant in Wilton & Bain’s Executive Search practice, based in our New York office. He started with the company in our Austin office, working as a Senior Associate. He has been a Consultant since July 2022, bringing significant experience and expertise to the team. At Wilton & Bain, Parker works across multiple management consulting and technology clients, helping them find top-tier talent. Before joining Wilton & Bain, Parker worked at GLG, collaborating with Private Equity firms to assist with their research across various industries. These included industrials, tech-enabled services, life sciences, SaaS, software, and technology. Parker graduated from the University of Texas (Austin campus) with a Bachelor of Business Administration. During his studies, he completed a year abroad at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, broadening his international perspective and business knowledge. In addition to his professional achievements, Parker is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has volunteered at the Lonestar Charity Two-Step, Inc. since 2015. The charity focuses on nurturing, educating, and feeding underprivileged children from infancy into adolescence, providing them with a safe environment to grow. Parker’s combination of professional expertise and commitment to community service makes him a valuable asset to Wilton & Bain and a trusted advisor to his clients.
