In 2005 I decided to use my knowledge, network and experience within the international logistics sector to help companies fill senior management positions. The focus here is on thinking along with customers about how best to fill key positions. This is what makes the Executive Search profession so much fun and interesting for me. This concerns the strong focus on content and quality, and the translation of the wishes of stakeholders within an organization towards candidates. Together with a very pleasant team that is constantly looking for talent in the international logistics and Supply Chain market. We have a strong personal opinion that continuously challenges our clients, candidates and especially our own team to come up with successful and creative solutions. In addition to SCM Executives, my passion also lies in helping people who are a lot less fortunate than us in our enormously wealthy west. I am grateful that I can be a part of Stichting4Life with commitment to give women and children in the largest slum in Africa a chance for work or education. With the team of Stichting4Life we ​​bear the challenging responsibility to create sustainable employment for 1600 women and thus give children a fair chance for basic education.
