Caroline has expertise in financial services with a focus on private equity, family offices, investment banking and asset management. She also recruits for top management positions within private equity portfolio companies and financial positions across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Caroline worked for five years as a Research Associate, and then as a Consultant, as part of the Banking and Insurance team of Korn Ferry / Futurestep in Paris. She was involved in a wide range of services including executive search, assessment and recruitment process outsourcing. Caroline is a French national and graduated from the University of Poitiers with a Master’s degree in Market and Competitive Intelligence.
