Ali brings over 17 years of executive search and advisory experience, with a deep track record delivering senior leadership mandates across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He has lived and worked in the Middle East for more than 14 years, giving him a nuanced understanding of the region’s leadership, governance and nationalisation agendas. He joined Page Group in 2010 in Dubai and relocated with the firm to Toronto in 2019, supporting senior leadership appointments. After five years in Canada, Ali returned to the Middle East in late 2023 to lead Page Executive’s regional growth and strategic client partnerships. Ali has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australia, including the UK, Spain, Portugal, Australia, Oman, Canada and Morocco - bringing a genuinely global perspective to leadership assessment and succession. He began his professional career in criminal law before transitioning into executive search. Ali studied for his MSc in International Business from Aston University and a BSc in Law and Management from the University of London.
