Monica meets clients with curiosity and interest in their company and what they want to achieve. She believes that processes are best when you think together and share opinions, insights and knowledge. Accuracy and analytical skills combined with interest, warmth and relationship-building qualities have resulted in many satisfied customers and candidates, as well as a broad network of people who can provide input into the processes. She has worked in leading companies with recruitment and executive search for over ten years. In 2022, Monica became a partner with us at Bønes Virik. She has previously held management responsibilities in the marketing, pharmaceutical and consulting industries. Monica has helped many clients across several industries and organizations, and especially within the private healthcare industry nationally and Nordic. She also has experience working in an international group. Monica is a certified user of, among others, the MAP, Matrigma, OPQ and MUPI testing tools and the JTI/Teamkompasset team and leadership development tool. She holds a Master of Marketing from BI Norwegian School of Management and a Master of Management program in organizational psychology.
