Jason Hanges is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Quest Group. Jason Hanges has been in the executive search industry since 1998. He is highly respected as a market leader in the recruitment of senior level financial services professionals across Fixed Income, Equities and Investment Banking for some of the world’s largest buy-side and sell-side institutions. He has extensive experience in working with senior management teams to develop and execute successful hiring and growth strategies and has built a reputation as a trusted advisor. Prior to founding Quest Group, Mr. Hanges was a Managing Director in the Financial Services practice of a large, retained global executive search firm. Before entering the executive search industry he worked at Lehman Brothers in the Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities Group. Jason earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Jason is married with three children.
