Fatih Yaman Eng. M Sc. has 20 years’ experience in HR Management consultancy in various industries. He is specialised in the IT & Telecom business as well as in Business Continuity Management.

He has a Ph.D Degree in Organizational Development from Istanbul Arel University. He has a master’s degree in Disaster & Emergency Management from the Istanbul Technical University a common program with the Oklahoma State University & the Texas A&M University. Fatih Yaman is a Certified Trainee Trainer at FEMA. (Federal Emergency Management Agency USA). Mr Yaman has also completed a Business Administration program at Bogazici University of Istanbul.

He worked in the IT industry and was a founding partner of an HR Management consultancy company focused on IT & GSM during the growth of these industries in the Turkey market. He worked for the green card Project for IT professionals with the assigned German Company.

Fatih Yaman is an expert of Executive Team Assessment and conducts projects in Telecom, IT, Health, Finance and Logistics sectors.
