Sophie places lawyers at all levels of seniority into in-house legal teams, across multiple sectors within commerce and industry. Having studied at Southampton University, Sophie has always had an entrepreneurial approach to her career, she is passionate about helping candidates not only progress within their career, but also is some cases, making their first move In-House. She has a fantastic ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates and truly believes delivering high levels of customer service helps form relationships that are lifelong. Throughout her career to date, Sophie has been exposed to both corporate and commercial realms, having set up businesses and various ventures, which has given her a taste of understanding how businesses operate.
