One of the newest members of the Morgan Consulting Resources team, Alex is a born recruiter. In fact, his entire career has been focused on recruiting, as he moved from college recruiting and academic counseling to recruiting for insurance companies, before finding his interest caught by healthcare recruiting. Today, one of his specialties is collaborating with clients to provide teams of professionals and consultant-level talent to help them handle spikes in workload associated with CMS audits, Medicare bids, system conversions and updates, new product rollouts, and more. Alex is focused equally on clients and candidates, and likes to make the possible matches for all parties involved in the recruiting process. He prides himself on being consultative and extremely collaborative. While it may sound simple, his main focus is doing the right thing no matter the circumstance. His clients appreciate the fact that he takes the time to help clients and candidates even if it is outside his scope of work. Alex earned his undergraduate degree at Northwest Missouri State University, where he was the executive student body president. Now living in Chicago, Alex tries to return for alumni events as much as possible to see his college grow and prosper. When Alex is not working, he spends most of his time reading, playing tennis, and enjoying Lake Michigan. He also likes to visit his hometown of Kansas City to see his two nephews and the rest of his family.
