Amber is a Managing Director in our Texas In-House Counsel Practice, focusing on the legal markets from Houston to Dallas. With over 13 years of recruiting experience, Amber handles complex searches that require deep knowledge of industry, market and talent pool. She executes her searches through both a compassionate and a detailed eye, delivering exceptional value each and every time. Amber’s ability to connect with candidates is strengthened by having completed two corporate relocations for her husband’s job—one that moved their family of five to Connecticut and another back to Dallas. Seeing the recruitment process from the viewpoint of a C-level candidate has provided Amber with a unique perspective and understanding to advise both corporations and candidates in national searches. In her spare time, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and their chocolate lab, Winnie, as well as playing tennis, practicing yoga and entertaining friends. The entire family loves to stay busy with sports, are avid skiers and enjoy being outdoors (especially in a pool).
