She has over ten years of experience within Korn Ferry’s executive recruitment team and has supported projects across US, Canada and Europe. Ms. Wells has extensive experience partnering with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations in attracting a diverse range of senior executive talent, including Board Directors/Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Scientific Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, Presidents, General Managers, Business Unit/ Franchise leadership as well as extensive experience across all commercial functions (access, sales, marketing, commercial operations, new product planning, etc.) medical affairs, business development /corporate strategy and Research & Development. In addition to executive search role, she currently supports two of Korn Ferry’s global pharmaceutical clients across all three lines of business (Executive Search, Professional Search and Advisory). Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications and a minor in business from Texas Christian University.
