As a Director, Devin manages and supports the complete search process of our engagements through client management, candidate development, and industry research. Having partnered with companies across industries such as real estate, construction, technology, financial services, professional services, and general industrial sectors, Devin brings a breadth of experience focusing on the strategic approach for hiring the right individual. Having successfully delivered candidates across the office of the CFO including financial executives, subject matter consultants, and operations leaders, in parallel with candidates across the office of the CTO including development/systems experts, project management professionals, and operations leaders, he has seen the organizational impact a new hire brings. With his bachelor’s degree from Mount Royal University majoring in sports management and an accompanying business minor, Devin has chosen to be in search his entire working career. Priding himself in the ability to connect with people, understand career motivators, and remain current in industry specific trends, he has successfully supported organizations that are publicly held, privately held and private equity owned. When he’s not working, he enjoys living an active lifestyle and cooking new recipes.
