Silvia has more than 15 years’ experience in Executive Search and Selection. Before joining AIMS International Italy in 2002, she worked in an international HH Firm, specialising in Sales and Marketing.

In her current role, she is in charge of Business Development, Customer Management, Selection Process and Assessment.
