Biography
Caroline has worked in organisational development and talent management for over 25 years, for clients in corporate, public and non-profit sectors across a breadth of industries, in the UK and Europe. She has led a range of executive development programmes and brings particular expertise in inclusion, diversity and inter-cultural business. She joined Sapphire in early 2015, where her executive and nonexecutive search work spans a range of industries and senior leadership and board roles. She was previously a Senior Associate with Brook Graham Diversity Consultants (now part of Pinsent Masons) and led research projects at Cranfield School of Management, co-authoring Reports on FTSE 350 adoption of the Corporate Governance Code (2013-2014) and the Female FTSE Board Reports (2013 -2015). She also led the Global Management MA Programme at the University of Buckingham (2013-14). Previously, Caroline was for ten years an external expert at the European Commission in Brussels, coordinating entrepreneurship programmes across 15 Countries. Caroline is an accredited provider of Myers-Briggs and Hogan psychometrics assessments. She holds a BSc in Anthropology from UCL and an MSc in Economics & Marketing. She speaks fluent Greek and French.
