Maksym Zaichenko is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’s Kyiv office and a member of the Consumer Markets and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. He leads integrated search projects to build client teams across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail, and telecom sectors. Maksym is an expert in human resources within the pharmaceutical sector. He is especially skilled in negotiation, business planning, sales, market research, and management. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Maksym was a senior partner with WE Partners, leading and developing the FMCG, retail and life sciences practice. Before that, he was responsible for business development and managed projects in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and retail practice of another international consulting company. He has in-house HR management experience in a national industrial holding.
