Steve serves as Managing Director of Reilly Partners. As a founding member of the company, Steve established and now manages the research function for the firm nationwide. Prior to Reilly Partners, Steve spent 13 years at the fifth largest executive search firm. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President, Steve worked with Bob Reilly serving a diverse client base in a variety of different industries and functions. Mr. Wood has successfully completed Board of Directors, CEO, COO, CFO and President searches for clients representing the financial services, insurance, investment banking, venture capital, real estate, health care, consumer product, software, hospitality, gaming, information technology and advertising industries nationwide. Steve has done a tremendous amount of search serving a broad range of Private Equity Investments. From 2000-2002, Steve was President and Chief Executive Officer of the midlevel internet enabled recruiting arm of the fifth largest executive search firm and was responsible for scaling this organization and finally bringing it to profitability. Prior to his role as CEO, Steve served as Senior Vice President, St. Louis to support existing and future clients in the St. Louis area and to manage their expanding market place. Steve also served as Vice President of Global Research responsible for all research, resource allocation and budget fulfillment. Steve received his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa. Steve is married with two children.
