Hi I’m Natalie, After working in a Pupil Referral Unit, working with children aged 4-11, who had been excluded or were at risk of being excluded from school, I began to realise the importance of Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists and everyone working within the health and social care system. I subsequently started my journey into recruitment working within private healthcare and I really enjoy placing individuals into healthcare positions. Following on from this, I joined Spencer Clarke Group to recruit for Speech & Language Therapists and Educational Psychologists (and more) in interim and temporary positions. Because I understand the difference which it makes, I am extremely passionate about recruiting in this field. Outside of work, I am a mother of two toddlers who love being outside so we regularly go for walks and weekends away. I also enjoy going out for food with family and friends.
