After graduating, Charlotte worked in a generalist HR and recruitment capacity for 6 years in London prior to relocating to Australia. Coming from an internal HR background, Charlotte has a strong understanding of the HR market, meaning she is well placed to deliver excellent service to candidates and clients regarding their recruitment needs. She enjoys building genuine and long-lasting relationships with both her candidates and clients.
