• Graduated from EM Normandie and a Master 2 in Wealth Management from the University of Clermont-Ferrand • Started his career in 1997 as a Private Banker at Société Générale • Having a taste for others, became a recruiter in 2000 within '' an Anglo-Saxon firm, specializing in banking and insurance trades before taking responsibility in 2005 for the French teams dedicated to the Financial Services sector. • In 2008, joined the Hunting division of this firm, where he took over in charge of the Financial Services practice with a specialization on Private Banking, Retail Banking as well as on transversal functions (mainly Risks and Finance) • Was recruited in 2010 by Credit Suisse to strengthen the Strategic Recruiting department and cover the Front lines of Private Banking for the Western Europe zone from Geneva • In 2015, at the head of a team of 3 people, covers all the strategic recruitments of Private Banking for continental Europe while becoming a true partner in the development of the business • In 2017, after nearly 7 years in this “in-house” function, decides to return to France and becomes an entrepreneur by joining forces with the THEMIS Executive Search hunting firm to cover Private Banking, Retail Banking and Insurance expertise • On the strength of this international experience, he strengthens the firm's existing skills by bringing in particular his vision of Luxembourg, Swiss and Monegasque platforms for the Private Banking, Asset Management and Asset Servicing businesses.
